Step 3: Click on "Convert to Etihad Guest Miles". Step 4: Input your membership number and convert a minimum of 15,180 Mashreq Vantage points to start enjoying your rewards. Note: 22 Mashreq Vantage points = 1 Etihad Guest Mile. Minimum of 15,180 Mashreq Vantage points can be converted (equivalent to 690 Etihad Guest Miles).
