No minimum balance requirement and no monthly maintenance or fall-below fees.
Please ensure that any remaining balance in your account is cleared or transferred within 7 days of your visa expiry or departure from the UAE.
Customers are provided with a 7‑day grace period to withdraw or transfer funds locally after visa expiry or after exiting the country.
At account closure, balances below AED 50 will be transferred to the bank’s designated charity account, Emirates Nature – WWF. Accounts with balances of AED 50 or more will be temporarily blocked. The remaining balance can then be claimed by contacting us at onarrival@mashreq.com.
This is a fully digital account with no branch services.
