Mashreq Pakistan is a new account service launched for UAE-based customers of Pakistani nationality. With this account, Pakistani customers in the UAE will now be able to open ‘Mashreq Pakistan Account’ with Mashreq Pakistan – fully remotely and instantly- through Mashreq UAE Mobile App. This fully digital service is available to Pakistani nationals who hold a NEO, Gold or Private Banking account with Mashreq UAE. It eliminates the need for physical documents or in-person branch visits in Pakistan, offering a seamless, end-to-end digital experience.
If you are a Mashreq UAE customer, log in to Mashreq UAE Mobile App and either:
  • Tap the ‘Mashreq Pakistan Account’ banner, OR
  • Go to ‘Apply for a new product’ and select ‘Mashreq Pakistan Account’

For Mashreq Pakistan Account, no monthly minimum balance is required.
Yes. A debit card will be issued to you free of charge and delivered to your Pakistan address. Once your account is activated, request for your free PayPak Debit Card via Mashreq Pakistan App. Currently, debit cards are available for delivery only within Pakistan. International deliveries will be introduced soon.
To open a Mashreq Pakistan Account, you will need to meet the following criteria:
  • Be an existing Mashreq UAE retail banking customer holding a saving/current account with updated KYC:
    • If you don’t have an account with Mashreq UAE, please open an account instantly by tapping on this link
  • Be of Pakistani nationality
  • Have a valid Emirates ID updated in your Mashreq UAE records , if you are an existing customer
  • Hold a valid Pakistani passport updated in your Mashreq UAE records , if you are an existing customer
  • Hold a valid Pakistani Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) / National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP)
  • Have an updated signature in your Mashreq UAE account records , if you are an existing customer
  • In case your signature is not updated, please update it via Mashreq UAE Mobile App:
    • Log in > Services > All services > Profile > Update signature
    • (Please note: This option is not visible for customers who have their signature already updated with us)
This is a fully digital facility and only available through Mashreq UAE Mobile App.
You can track the account activation status in real-time on your Mashreq UAE Mobile App dashboard. If you still wish to speak to a representative or have any queries related to account activation and rejection, you may contact Mashreq Pakistan through our 24x7 contact centre +92-111-000-636 and provide your account number as reference.
App you will only be able to see the current balance in your Mashreq Pakistan Account & transfer money using Quick Remit via Mashreq UAE Mobile App. No transactions can be made in your Mashreq Pakistan Account via Mashreq UAE Mobile App.
You can add funds to your Mashreq Pakistan Account by adding your account details as beneficiary on your Mashreq UAE Account. To initiate fund transfer:
  • Log in to Mashreq UAE Mobile App or Online Banking > Tap 'Send money' > Select ‘Pay’ > Select your 'Mashreq Pakistan Account' to submit fund transfer request
As per the State Bank of Pakistan regulations, Mashreq Pakistan Account cannot repatriate funds to any foreign account.
