3 easy steps to refer your friends

Step 1

Open your Mashreq Mobile App and tap on Refer & Earn section. Select either ‘Mashreq Credit Card’ or ‘Mashreq Al Islami Credit Card’ and invite your contacts by choosing from your Contact list or entering their details manually.

Step 2

Track your referrals in-app and remind your contacts to complete their application and rewards so you don’t miss out on your cashback!

Step 3

Once your friend’s Mashreq Credit Card is Successfully delivered, you receive AED 500 cashback to your Recent Mashreq Credit Card. You must hold an active card to qualify.

: You can earn up to AED 5,000 as cashback through our referral program. Get AED 500 for each successful referral, with a maximum of 10 successful referrals. A referral is successful once your friend's credit card is delivered. For full details, please see the Mashreq Credit Card Referral Program Terms & Conditions.

: Yes. You must have an active Mashreq Credit Card to be eligible for the cashback.
: If you do not have an active Mashreq Credit Card at the time referral cashback is processed, you will not be eligible for the referral cashback and it will be forfeited.
: Yes. Your referred person can enjoy benefits like up to AED 2,500 Welcome Cashback, rewards, cashback benefits and other features based on the card they choose.
: Go to the ’Refer & Earn’ section on Mashreq Mobile App. Tap on the name of the person you referred to see if their card has been approved or not.
: No, cashback is not counted toward your monthly payment. You still need to pay at least the minimum amount due to avoid late payment charges.
: Your Referral Cashback will be credited within 2 months following your referral receiving their physical credit card.
: Your referral has a period of 60 days to apply for a credit card from the date of referral in order for you to be eligible for the Referral Cashback. If the application is made after 60 days from the referral date, you will not qualify for the Referral Cashback.

Please note, referral bonus earned as cashback will not be counted towards monthly payment. Customer still need to pay at least the minimum amount due to avoid late payment charges.
