Just simply follow the steps mentioned below to reset it:

• Open Mashreq Mobile app
• On Sign in page, tap Forgot Username/ Password option
• Select Forgot Password option
• Enter your Active Primary Credit or Debit Card number, Card CVV, Date of Birth & Username
• Enter the authorization code sent to your registered mobile number
• Create your new password of your choice.

Yes. On the left menu option, go to card control and select the card you want to block. You can temporarily lock your card while you are searching for it and unlock it later when you find it. You also have the option to permanently block your card and get a free replacement.

M2M is the simplest way to transfer money instantly to anyone with valid bank account in UAE using their mobile number. There is no need to enter their bank account or IBAN number. Please follow the steps below:

• Sign in to Mashreq Mobile.
• Tap on the Easy Cash banner on the overview.
• Select a destination to transfer the amount to and add repayment period.
• You can easily send this to a Mashreq account by selecting this from the list.
• If the transfer is to Other UAE bank account, please enter the account details and proceed.
• Confirm your Easy Cash booking details.
• Enter 6-digit OTP received on your registered mobile number and press continue.
• A successful confirmation screen will appear.
• If Cardless Cash option is selected, you will receive a code on your registered mobile number.
• Enter this to withdraw money from the ATM!
