Log in to the Mashreq Mobile App and follow the below steps: a. Click on 'Activate Now' in the 'Card Ready to Activate' section on the Overview screen b. Enter the Expiry Date of the card c. Set up your preferred 4 digit PIN d. Enter the OTP send to your registered mobile number. That's it.

You have several choices: Mashreq Mobile App: 1. Search “Mashreq UAE” on Apple Store / Google Play & download Mashreq Mobile App 2. Login to the app and go to “Cards” in the menu 3. Select the required card to generate PIN 4. Go to “Reset PIN” under ‘Card Control’ Mashreq Online: Login to Mashreq Online through mashreq.com and go to “Generate Card PIN” in the Quick Links section on the right hand side

All our Debit Cards have the contactless (NFC) feature and you might need to enter your PIN if you go above a certain threshold.
