Who can apply?

We seek exceptional graduates from multitude of domains with preference from the following; Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering and Business streams. In addition, local graduates with one year experience are also eligible to apply.

ACE 4 is a global programme available across Mashreq in UAE, Egypt, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and India.

In recognition of this aspiration the ACE programme Advanced Certificate of Excellence (ACE) identifies, develops, and fast tracks local talent on an accelerated career trajectory. In its fourth edition, ACE continues to be a global programme available across Mashreq in UAE, Egypt, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and India.

The intensive nine-month programme offers you access to global banking leaders and experts to coach you for a rewarding career in banking. We pride ourselves for being known in the region as the ‘Banking School’ and our focus on developing talent is second to none.
