If you encounter an "Invalid Secure ID" error while entering the OTP, please follow the time configuration steps listed below to ensure the MobilePASS application functions correctly. Afterward, try generating the OTP in MobilePASS (Soft Token) and use it in MashreqMatrix and Mashreq NEO CORP applications.

Option 1: Please go to: Mobile Phone Settings -> General->Date & Time -> Enable “Set Automatically” -> Time Zone will be shown based on your network location. Option 2: Please go to: Mobile Phone Settings -> General -> Date & Time -> Disable “Set Automatically” -> Select Time Zone as Egypt.
