Experience

Hazem is a highly experienced professional with over 20 years’ experience in the Wealth Management & Investment Industry.  He has been with Mashreq since 2013 heading a number of positions within the wealth Management business.  He has been heading the Investment Business for Private banking and Mashreq Gold since 2017. Prior to Mashreq , he spent nearly 3 years with Emirates NBD in their Wealth management segment. Before relocating to the UAE,  Hazem was residing in the United States since 1994 serving several positions in the Industry and specifically in portfolio management and Investment Analysis across a number of Institutions. His last stint was with UBS where he worked as Financial Advisor managing portfolios for High networth Individuals.

Education

Hazem holds a Masters and Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California. He holds a number of  Investment Related Professional Designation such as CFA charter from CFA Institute and Financial Risk Manager (FRM) from Global Association of Risk Professionals.
