Your UAE relationship determines your Mashreq Egypt Account type:
For Mashreq NEO Account holder, you will be able to open a Mashreq NEO Egypt Account.
For Mashreq Gold Account holder, you will be able to open a Mashreq Gold Egypt Account..
For Mashreq Private Banking Account holder, you will be able to open a Mashreq Private Banking Egypt Account.
For Mashreq NEO Egypt Account, you need to maintain minimum relationship balance of EGP 50,000 (or equivalent in FCY) or above.
For Mashreq Gold Egypt Account, you need to maintain minimum relationship balance of EGP 10,000 (or equivalent in FCY) or above.
For Mashreq Private Banking Egypt Account, you need to maintain a combined minimum relationship balance of USD 1M or equivalent between Egypt and the UAE accounts, with at least USD 250K at each location.
If the minimum balance is not maintained, a 'Fall Below Fee' will be charged based on your account segment:
Mashreq NEO Egypt Account: Fall Below Fee is EGP 100.
Mashreq Gold & Private Banking Egypt Accounts: No Fall Below Fee.
There is no account opening fee.
