She brings extensive expertise and an exceptional track record in developing digital transformation strategies, marketing business strategies, driving impactful marketing initiatives. Her experience covers both online and offline marketing, including rand Marketing, Product Marketing, and Performance Marketing. Ragia’s capabilities extend to Digital/Online Marketing, ATL and BTL campaigns, Consumer Research & Insights, CRM, PR/CSR, as well as budget planning and monitoring.
Throughout her career, Ragia has held senior roles in leading multinational organizations, including Amazon Egypt, Samsung, Vodafone, and British American Tobacco North Africa (BAT). Before joining Mashreq Bank, Egypt, she served as Head of Marketing at Amazon Egypt.
