Nevine is a seasoned professional currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of People Intellectual Capital at Mashreq Bank Egypt since May 2009. With a strong focus on effective leadership, she is responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, as well as overseeing talent acquisition and Learning & Development initiatives. Recognizing the importance of diversity and inclusion, Nevine has implemented a strategy at Mashreq Bank that fosters an inclusive work environment. She has also led group interventions to address business challenges, contributed to shaping the organizational culture and employee engagement strategies, and ensured compliance with labor laws. Prior to joining Mashreq Bank, Nevine held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at AIG Egypt Insurance Company. She also brings international experience from her roles at Ericsson Egypt and LEONI Wiring Systems, adding to her extensive expertise. Nevine holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Ain Shams University and a Human Resources Management Diploma from the American University in Cairo, solidifying her reputation as a respected HR leader in Egypt.
