Ayman is a senior lawyer with a Master’s Degree in Law from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, US with an emphasis on business and commercial laws. He also holds qualifications from Cairo University, Egypt and L.L.B –English Law School. Ayman has over 15 years of experience in banking, finance, and corporate structuring arenas and has advised on diversified debt and equity portfolios during his work experience. He has significant experience in structured finance, syndicated loan documentation, derivatives transactions RMPs, shipping finance, mortgages, and leasing finance. Ayman has also advised on several mega finance projects, capital markets, and sell/buy sides transactions.He has a significant experience to formulate and draft bespoke documentation for finance and corporate structuring transactions.
