He began his career as a police officer, serving in specialized law enforcement roles before joining United Nations peacekeeping missions in Kosovo and Liberia for four years. During this time, he completed advanced security training and served as an instructor at the Police Academy in Liberia for one year. Following his international service, Amr transitioned into the tourism and hospitality sector, where he oversaw security and safety operations at the prestigious Grand Hyatt Hotel, ensuring the highest standards of protection and risk management. Since 2013, he has been part of Mashreq Bank – Egypt, where he continues to lead initiatives in corporate security, occupational health, and safety standards, contributing significantly to the bank’s operational integrity and reputation.
