You will earn Mashreq Vantage points on all spends made on your Platinum Elite Credit Card. The Mashreq Vantage points earned by you can be redeemed instantly online or at any of our partner outlets. Please visit www.mashreq.com/vantage for redemption options.

You need to make total purchases of AED 7,000 or more on your Platinum Elite Card in the previous month’s statement to enjoy up to 8 complimentary visits to Fitness First in the following month. Both Primary and Supplementary Cardholders are eligible for this benefit. Purchases made on the Primary Card as well as the Supplementary Cards are included for calculation of the AED 7,000 spend threshold. Please note that AED 5 will be charged on your Mashreq Platinum Elite credit card for every complimentary visit to a Fitness First outlet, which will be automatically reversed within 60 days

If the minimum spend requirement is not met, a fee of AED 50 will be applicable for every visit to Fitness First. 

You are entitled to avail 3 complimentary Limousine Services every calendar year on your Platinum Elite Card, with a maximum of one service in a month. Any additional services used over and above the monthly or yearly allowance will be billed to your Card. You need to make total purchases of AED 7,000 or more on your Platinum Elite Card in the previous month’s statement to enjoy this service in the following month.

If the minimum spend requirement is not met, the usage fee for this service will be billed to your Platinum Elite Card. Usage fee to vary as per the pick up or drop location.

You need to call the Mashreq Call Centre at least 4 business days in advance from the date & time of pick up/drop. The Call Centre number is printed on the back of your Credit Card. The bank’s Call Centre representative will ask for your travel details to share with the service provider. Upon confirmation, the service provider will send an email confirmation to your registered e-mail ID, and also share details of your chauffeur over SMS 12 to 24 hours before the pick-up time. You will then need to coordinate with the chauffeur to receive the service.

You can enjoy 8 complimentary airport lounge visits in a calendar year with a maximum of 2 visits in a billing month. You need to make total purchases of AED 7,000 or more on your Platinum Elite Card in the previous month’s statement to receive this service in the following month.

Visits are applicable for the Cardholder or the Cardholder and guest (only one complimentary guest per visit)

All purchases on your Platinum Elite Credit Card, including Supplementary, will be eligible and counted against the minimum purchase amount required to enjoy the complimentary benefits. Bank Fee/Charges, Cash advances and Balance Transfer/Easy Cash transactions will not be counted under the minimum purchase amount. 

Total purchases on your Platinum Elite credit card as per the billing statement will be considered to unlock complimentary benefits for the next billing month. For example, your statement for the month of March 2020 generated on 14th April 2020 and you have made total eligible purchases worth AED 8,500 as per the statement. Since you have achieved the minimum purchase amount in the March statement, you will be eligible to avail complimentary benefits like Fitness First, Airport Lounge and Airport Transfer within the April billing month (starting 15th April to 14th May 2020)

Your monthly income should be a minimum of AED 7,000.
