You can apply for a debit card directly from the Mashreq Mobile App after your account has been opened.
You can activate your card and generate PIN via the Mashreq Mobile App.
Just login to Mashreq Mobile App > On the home screen, tap on your account > Card Controls > Activate Card.
To pay your credit card bill just log in to the Mashreq Mobile App > Tap Pay > Tap Pay Card > Enter credit card number > Review details > Confirm Payment.
You can log a dispute anytime via the help menu in the Mashreq Mobile App. To access the help menu simply login to the Mashreq Mobile App > > Tap on Help at the bottom of the screen.
The bank will review your dispute and update you via [SMS or email].
To keep your card safe, we recommend you:
Never share your PIN or CVV with anyone
Use your card only on trusted websites and avoid using public Wi-Fi for online transactions
In case of any suspicious activity, immediately block the card via the Mashreq Mobile App and report unauthorized transactions immediately via the Help section in the app or reach out to us at 021-111-636-636.
You should block your card instantly through the Mashreq Mobile App and request a replacement.
To block your card, login to the Mashreq Mobile App > On the home screen, tap on your account Card Control > Block & Replace and request a replacement. Your new card will be sent to your registered address.
