- You will be required to verify your information using the authentication code found on the Mashreq token app or the code that will be sent to you via text message.

Yes, you can connect your virtual card to instapay and use it normally but first you have to create PIN for your card through IVR or Mashreq Online through My Etisalat app.

The physical card is usually delivered within 7 working days from the account activation date.
Once you receive the card, you must activate it from Mashreq Online through My Etisalat app or by calling the IVR number (e&: 15889). After activation and setting the PIN, the card will be ready for use.
