Yes, the Welcome Offer must be availed of within 1 year from the date your io Credit Card is opened. For instance, if your card was opened on 1 March 2024, you have until 28 February 2025, to utilize the Welcome Offer. After this period, the offer will expire, and you will no longer be eligible to avail it.
No, the Welcome/Annual Offer for hotel booking must be availed through the designated concierge company specified by Mashreq. Bookings made through other channels or companies will not be eligible for the Welcome Offer benefits.
You can cancel your hotel booking at any time. However, if you cancel the booking, the Welcome Offer/Annual Offer will still be considered utilized, and the promised cashback (credit adjustment) will be credited to your card if it hasn't been already, in accordance with the terms and conditions.
You will be eligible for annual offer from second calendar year onwards. For instance, if your io Credit Card was opened on August 10th, 2023, you can start availing the Annual Offer from January 1st, 2024, and you have until December 31st, 2024, to utilize it. After this period, the offer for 2024 calendar year will expire, and you will be eligible for the annual offer for the next year.
You can request Mashreq Vantage points instead of a hotel booking by contacting your Relationship Manager. Upon your request, the Vantage Points will be credited to your account within 3 working days.
No, Mashreq Vantage points cannot be availed instead of the Opera VIP tickets offer. The Opera offer can be availed once every calendar year, and it cannot be converted into Mashreq Vantage points.
No, there is no spending requirement to avail value-added services offered with the io Credit Card. Customers can avail any of these services unlimited times without any specified spending threshold.
