Jayanthi is a seasoned Human Resources professional bringing 20+ years of leadership experience in managing HR strategy for various global organizations. Jayanthi was previously associated with State Street Services and First American Corporation where she led the HR function for their Global Inhouse Centres in India. She was also associated with TCS for over a decade where she held numerous senior managerial roles in India and Europe. Jayanthi holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the London School of Economics and a Master’s degree in Social Sciences from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) in India.
