After joining Mashreq in retail finance in 2005, Grover moved to central finance where, for the next 10 years, he oversaw all aspects of the international banking finance function, including correspondent banking, business planning, budgeting, performance measurement and formulation of annual plans. In his current role, he manages financial and regulatory reporting for the bank. Earlier in his career, he has worked at Thapar Group, HCL Group and Standard Chartered Group in different roles for internal audit, accounting, finance and project management.

Grover has a commerce degree from the University of Lucknow and is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
