Yes, as a Mashreq customer you can send money to any bank account in Pakistan through IBAN or bank account number.
To send money, login to the Mashreq Mobile App > Tap Pay > select the transfer type (Mashreq account, domestic) > Enter beneficiary and amount > Review details > Confirm Payment.
No, you do not need to add a payee (beneficiary) for one-off transactions. To send money to a non-payee (non-beneficiary), login to the Mashreq Mobile App > Tap on Pay > Send Money > Enter IBAN or Account number > Review details > Confirm Payment. However, for your ease, we recommend that you add payees for your recurrent / repeated payments.
To add a new a new beneficiary > Login to the Mashreq Mobile App > Tap on Pay > Tap on Manage Payees and then proceed to add payee.
Mashreq clearly notifies its customers of any transaction fees before executing the transaction. You should find any transaction fee charged on the review screen before you complete a transaction.
