Salaam by Mashreq

Salaam welcomes both new and existing customers.

New customers

• View the demo video to see how Mosaic works.
• View the merchant partner list.
• Use Mosaic to simulate how many relationship points you can earn if you bank with Mashreq.
• If you do not have MashreqOnline access, > click here to register.

Existing customers - First time to Salaam

• In order to see how many points you've earned, or to redeem your points, you need to > Sign On to MashreqOnline, and click the "Salaam" tab on the homepage.

Once signed on:

• See your total Salaam points balance on the header next to your name.
• View the demo video to see how Mosaic works
• Submit your request for vouchers
• Your Salaam Mosaic is pre-populated with your existing products to show you many relationship points you can earn. You can add new products or edit existing products to see the impact on your relationship points earning.
• You can also redeem your points through Salaam Rewards.

Existing customers - Repeat Visit to Salaam

• Sign On to MashreqOnline, and click the "Salaam" tab on the homepage.

Once signed on:

• See your total Salaam points balance on the header next to your name.
• You can add new products or edit existing products on Salaam Mosaic to see the impact on your relationship points earning. As before, your Salaam Mosaic is pre-populated with your existing products to show you many monthly relationship points you will earn.
• You can also redeem your points through Salaam Rewards.

Earn Salaam points in the following two ways:

1. Relationship Points

• Earn monthly relationship points on all existing & new products.
• To be eligible, you must have one product in two different product categories: Current Accounts, Savings, Fixed Deposits, Loans, Insurance & Protection, Investments, and Credit Cards.
• The amount of relationship points you earn for each product is linked to the slider tool on each product page, and is mapped to different relationship points earning combinations.
• Follow these tips to speed up your relationship points earning:
  • Add more loan products
  • Increase spends on your credit card(s)
  • Add more investment / insurance products.
  • Increase balances in your saving account(s)

2. Spend Points

• Earn spend points on your credit card & debit card purchases.
• For credit cards, earn 2 Salaam points for every 1 AED spent through your Mashreq Platinum, Mashreq Gold, & Mashreq Classic credit card(s).
• For debit cards, earn 1 Salaam point for every 2 AED spent on your Mashreq debit card.
• To earn more spend points, you can spend more on your credit card & debit card purchases.

The following customers can earn Salaam points:

Multiple product customers

(excluding credit or debit card)

• You can earn relationship points only.
• To start earning spend points, please purchase a credit card or debit card product.

Multiple product customers

(including credit or debit card)

• You can earn spend points & relationship points.

For credit card customers only

• You can earn spend points only.
• To start earning relationship points, please purchase another product from the eligible product list in the Relationship Points section.

Your total Salaam point pool includes the spend points & relationship points you have accumulated.

Redeem Salaam points in the following two ways:

1.Gift Vouchers

• Request for gift vouchers through our UAE based merchant partners.
• On Salaam Rewards, fill out the Voucher Form, enter your details and submit it.
• Alternatively, you can also call our 24-hour call center to request for vouchers.
• Your requested voucher will be delivered to you in 7 business days.
• The minimum voucher value that can be redeemed is AED 50 (15,152 points).

2. Cash

• You can redeem your relationship points for cash if you have an active Mashreq Current Account.
• To redeem for cash, simply click on "Rewards Preference" in the footer, and choose "Financial/Cash".
• Once you choose "Financial/Cash" as your rewards preference, you will start earning relationship points-equivalent cash from the subsequent month onwards.
• Your existing relationship points are not converted.
• The conversion rate for points-to-cash is 303 Salaam points = 1 AED
