Report to bank for blocking your Mashreq Card and intimate Oman Insurance Company (OIC) on 8004746 within 24 hours of experiencing ATM robbery/assault. File a police report within 24 hours.
Hospital Cash Benefit
Immediate written notice to Oman Insurance Company (OIC) or report at Toll Free Number 8004746 within 48 hours and at least within 5 days from the date of discharge from the hospital.
Death and Involuntary Loss of Employment
Immediate written notice to Oman Insurance Company or report at Toll Free Number 8004746 not later than 90 days from date of event. Incase of Involuntary loss of employment, intimate within 60 days.
Fraudulent Charges
Immediately report to the bank for blocking of the Card and intimate Oman Insurance Company (OIC) at 8004746.

Submission Of Claim Documents

Involuntary Loss of Employment Claims
90 days from Notification.
Death /Hospital Cash Benefit claims
120 days from date of event.
ATM Assault and Fraudulent Charges
Complete, sign and return the form to Oman Insurance Company (OIC) within 30 days of making a claim.
