A game changer breaking boundaries
Zainab lost her leg when a detonator accidentally blew up in her garden in Iraq. She was only seven years old. Despite the severity of the trauma, she maintained a surprisingly sunny attitude and stayed strong to enable a happy home environment for her and her family.
A high achiever limited by society
It was only during her time in college that she truly started to feel the limitations society had put on her, a person of determination. This led to newfound anger, which she used to further fuel her studies. She was determined to prove everyone wrong and show what she was capable of. Zainab graduated with honors.
